Shereen oversees all day-to-day operations and executive decisions for Create a Smile.  After she graduated with bachelor's in science and finance from Cal State Long Beach in 2003. She continued her education and completed her Executive Masters in Business with a focus in Strategic leadership & organizational behavior from Pepperdine University in 2008. She has extensive experience in banking& business development. Shereen worked at Wells Fargo Bank for 10 years. Some of the positions she held were Branch Manager, Corporate Sales Development and lastly an investment relationship manager for clients with a net worth of $10 million.  She has made a switch to the healthcare industry in 2006 and is currently working as a Director of Operations & business development for Millennium Imaging Medical center, a small outpatient radiology company.  Her responsibilities include team development and empowerment, strategic decision-making, market and competitive analysis, supplier relations, process improvement, budget and financial reporting. During her free time Shereen enjoys teaching dance classes to children at several dance schools & studios.  Shereen has been trained in dance for over 20 years and enjoys sharing her passion dance for the last 16 years. Shereen is currently a member of MINDS, a nonprofit devoted to serving the uninsured by providing the community free and comprehensive healthcare

 
 

Radwa is the key person responsible for all families and partners affiliated with Create A Smile.  She is in charge with the gift process and building relationships with hospitals and cancer support groups. While in college, she was a part of International Conference on Global Economy program (ICGE) at the American University in Cairo.  In 2003, she landed a prestigious marketing position to market an Egyptian cotton wear brand.  In 2004, she became the head member at the junior council where she coached 30 delegates with primary concepts and tools in business and economics.  She is a graduate from the Business Administration program at one of the most prominent university in Cairo Egypt, Ain Shams University in 2004. After graduation, Radwa worked as the Import/ Export Executive for TV shopping network, United Group. She moved to the states in 2006 to start her beautiful family.  She currently works as a transaction coordinator for her own real estate group. She is a full time mother of three beautiful children kids, Zein (9 Years), and Malak (8 years) and Aya (1). She was a part of the modeling group, Fashion Fighting Famine, which aims to spread awareness and empower women all over the world as well as give back to the community. Her first hand experience with childhood cancer began in 2013 when her eldest son, Zein was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. She has decided to join Create A Smile to influence change in a world that she knows too well.  Radwa's passion for women issues and children has been na important aspect of her success and is currently working on her first book to be published in the near future.
